Delta Air Lines ‘wholeheartedly’ supports ALPA in regards to Norwegian’s AOC application

Delta Air Lines EVP & general counsel Peter Carter, speaking at the CAPA Americas Aviation Summit 2016, stated (11-Apr-2016) the carrier fully supports "our friends at ALPA" in regards to Norwegian's AOC application with the US Department of Transportation. Mr Carter said Delta supports ALPA "wholeheartedly."
