Delta reported higher 2025 SAF usage via partners including Shell Aviation, Montana Renewables, the Minnesota SAF Hub and the Port of Portland, alongside other efficiency initiatives such as 737-800 winglet upgrades and Airbus “fello’fly” trials.1 Delta previously took its first commercial-scale SAF uplift at Portland, with Shell supplying neat SAF for blending and delivery into the airport fuel system.2 Delta also received pipeline SAF deliveries to Minneapolis-St Paul and Detroit produced from camelina under its Minnesota SAF Hub partnership.3
