Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport expansion costs escalate

India's Delhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL) reportedly expects Phase I modernisation and expansion costs at Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport to increase from the initial projection of USD1.9 billion to USD2.6 billion (The Economic Times, 09-Feb-2010). GMR Group stated it is "premature" to comment on an increase in costs.
