Darwin Airline, Belle Air Europe and Belle Air sign framework agreement

Darwin Airline, Belle Air Europe and Belle Air announced (18-Oct-2012) the signing of a framework agreement which will see the airlines collaborate over three years. The partnership is aimed at "constructing a network where the companies will be involved together in developing new routes, sharing their respective aircraft fleets and creating cost and revenue synergies". The agreement will allow the airlines to strengthen their presence in France, Italy, Spain, Southeastern Europe and Switzerland. The agreement includes wet and dry leasing of the airlines' aircraft, codesharing on strategic routes, ticketing services, and "development of new synergies in order to reduce costs, increase business efficiency and improve passengers' travel experience".
