Cabo Verde's Government previously said Linhas Aéreas de Cabo Verde received operating certificates from the Agência de Aviação Civil and would start inter-island services under the CVSky brand, while initiating the acquisition of two ATR aircraft and introducing a public service obligation regime for domestic operations1. Cabo Verde Airlines also introduced two ATR aircraft on inter-island routes from 02-Oct-2025 and planned to lease a third ATR from Royal Air Maroc2.
