Condor CEO: Attestor seeks strategic minority shareholder to support long term growth

Condor Flugdienst CEO Peter Gerber, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit - Airlines in Transition, stated (24-Apr-2026) Attestor initiated a process to identify strategic options for Condor, including a minority shareholder to support long term growth. Mr Gerber said: "Maybe on the revenue and on the cost side there could be meaningful synergies with the right partner and then move Condor to the next level".
