US' Chicago O'Hare International Airport passenger numbers up 5% - traffic highlights for May-2014:

  • Passenger numbers: 6.3 million, +4.8% year-on-year;
    • Domestic: 5.3 million, +4.6%;
    • International: 987,541, +6.4%;
  • Cargo volume: 129,364 tonnes, +9.7%;
    • Freight: 110,372, +10.9%;
      • Domestic: 23,992, +1.8%;
      • International: 86,380, +13.7%;
    • Express: 12,730, -3.3%;
    • Mail: 6263, +20.8%;
  • Aircraft movements: 76,343, -1.3%;
    • Domestic: 69,832, -1.0%;
    • International: 6511, -5.0%.
