Cebu Pacific first ATR 72-600 commences ground testing

ATR, via its official Twitter account, announced (15-Sep-2016) Cebu Pacific Air's first ATR 72-600 moved to the ground test phase prior to its first test flight. The carrier has 16 ATR 72-600s on order, according to the CAPA Fleet Database.
