Cathay Pacific has first class on 26 aircraft; US, London, Frankfurt, Paris, Milan key markets

Cathay Pacific CEO Rupert Hogg, speaking at CAPA Airline CEOs in Sydney, stated (05-Jun-2018) the carrier has a first class product on 26 of its aircraft, with key markets for the product being the US East Coast, US West Coast, London, Frankfurt, Paris and Milan. Mr Hogg stressed that the carrier is seeing continued first class demand, noting that "demand is partly corporate, partly private individuals", while demand is also generated by "people who want to travel with that sort of exclusivity", with Mr Hogg also noting that there is "always a frequent flyer element to first class".
