Vietnam’s Ministry of Construction sought feedback on a draft circular on managing aviation-sector service prices, including preferential pricing at newly operational airports and a proposed incentive package for Long Thanh International Airport to attract airlines.1 Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh said the restructured draft Law on Vietnam Civil Aviation amended airport planning, investment, construction and exploitation rules to encourage equal participation by economic sectors, while reinforcing a leading role for state owned enterprises and simplifying procedures via exemptions from construction permits for some works.2 3
