CAAS launches voluntary safety reporting system

Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) launched (27-Jul-2020) the 'Tell Sarah' voluntary safety reporting system, with the aim to encourage the proactive reporting of any aviation safety concerns, safety hazards or unsafe practices by the public or aviation industry personnel. Confidential and anonymised safety reports can be submitted through the 'Tell Sarah' website or via a dedicated email address. The system is administered by KPMG Services. [more - original PR]
