Brussels Airport revenue eases 0.3%, EBITDA up 3% in 3Q2010

Belgium's Brussels Airport revenue eases 0.3% - financial highlights for the three months ended 30-Sep-2010:

  • Revenue: EUR105.1 million, -0.3% year-on-year;
    • Aeronautical: EUR70.8 million, -0.4%;
    • Retail: EUR13.4 million, +8.3%;
    • Property and real estate: EUR9.4 million, -13.7%;
    • Car parking and car rental: EUR5.8 million, -0.9%;
    • Commercial trading and other: EUR5.7 million, +9.0%;
  • Operating costs: EUR39.6 million, -0.8%;
  • EBITDA: 64.6 million, +3.3%;
  • Capital expenditure: EUR4.8 million, -58.8%;
  • Revenue per passenger: EUR19.71, -3.0%;
  • EBITDA per passenger: EUR 12.11, +0.4%. [more]
