Brazil issues provisional measure postponing airport concession fee payments

Brazil's President Jair Bolsonaro issued (18-Mar-2020) a provisional measure with to address the aviation emergency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The measure includes the following:

• Payment of airport concession fees postponed until 18-Dec-2020;
• Airfare refund payment deadline increased to 12 months;
