Braathens Aviation appoints new CEO

Braathens Aviation announced (15-Oct-2013) the appointment of Anders Ehrling as CEO, effective 31-May-2014. Mr Ehrling will replace the retiring Knut A Solberg. Mr Ehrling previously served as Scandic Hotels president and CEO, and SAS Sweden CEO. Mr Ehrling said: "I have followed the development of Malmö Aviation and Sweden Airlines both as a competitor and as a passenger , and I look forward to the opportunity to further develop these companies and the other companies in Braathens Aviation Group."
