Boom completed construction of its Overture Superfactory at Piedmont Triad International Airport, with the facility intended to support final assembly and delivery of the Overture aircraft and to scale up to 66 units per year as demand requires1. Hardware testing for the Symphony engine began recently, with the first full scale core expected to be operational within 18 months2.
