Berlin Airports pax up 4%, cargo up 24% in Oct-2013; expects record pax in 2013

Germany's Berlin Airports reported (14-Nov-2013) passenger numbers at Berlin Schönefeld and Berlin Tegel airports increased 4.2% year-on-year to 2.5 million in Oct-2013, including 655,527 passengers (-3.4%) at Berlin Schönefeld and 1.9 million passengers (+7.1%) at Berlin Tegel. Cargo volume at the airports increased 23.7% to 3657 tonnes and aircraft movements fell 2.5% to 22,095.
