BALPA lobbies against increasing pilot hours

BALPA announced (03-Feb-2011) airline pilots from across the UK lobbied Ministers and MPs in Parliament on 02-Feb-2011, advising Transport Secretary Philip Hammond that they were against EU attempts to increase UK pilot flying hours above levels deemed safe by scientists and medical experts.
