AviancaTaca raises FY2011 forecast

AviancaTaca released the following operational results for three months ended 30-Sep-2011:

• Passenger numbers: 5.5 million, +18.2% year-on-year;
• Passenger load factor: 79.8%, -0.7 ppt;
• Cargo volume: 43,922 tonnes, -4.1%;
• Cargo load factor: 68.4%, -7.0 ppts;
• Revenue per ASK: USD 11.02 cents, +11.5%;
• Passenger yield: USD 12.32 cents, +16.7%;
• FY2011 forecast:
  • Revenue: USD3730 million, compared to its previous forecast of USD3508 million;
  • EBITDAR: USD661 million, compared to its previous forecast of USD644 million;
  • Passenger numbers: 20.7 million, compared to its previous forecast of 20.5 million;
  • Capacity (ASKs): -2.5% when compared to its previous forecast;
  • Load factor: 77.4%, compared to its previous forecast of 76.9%.
