ATR to split out 'Operations' as independent function to improve customer service

ATR established (25-Jul-2019) its 'Operations' division as an independent new function under the management of Raphael Dubus. The unit will report directly to CEO Stefano Bortoli. ATR is making the move to optimise customer attention and satisfaction given the growing fleet of ATR aircraft worldwide. Mr Dubus will also become a member of the executive committee, effective 01-Sep-2019. Operations was previously integrated as a department in the Programmes and Customer Services directorate.
