ATR forecasts demand for 750 new turboprops for the Asia Pacific in the next 20 years

ATR forecast (17-Oct-2016) demand for 750 new turboprops for the Asia Pacific region over the next 20 years. Growth would be partly fuelled by about 600 new routes to be created in the region (excluding China). Route creation will represent 27% of aircraft needs. In addition, ATR estimates that regional traffic demand in emerging countries should grow eight times faster than in more mature economies.
