US’ Atlanta City Council announced it has agreed to release up to USD800 million in municipal bonds for the construction of a new USD1.4 billion international terminal at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (Atlanta Journal-Constitution, 05-Nov-2010). The bonds are part of a 2010 bond series with the bond sale expected to close 16-Nov-2010.
