American Airlines welcomes appointment of Alexandre de Juniac as IATA director general and CEO

American Airlines CEO Doug Parker, speaking at the CAPA America Aviation Summit 2016, stated (12-Apr-2016) it is great to have someone with the pedigree of Alexandre de Juniac appointed as IATA director general and CEO. As previously reported by CAPA, Mr de Juniac will take over from Tony Tyler as chair of IATA, leaving his current position as Air France-KLM CEO.
