American Airlines: US carriers will fall behind if they don’t believe in fundamental change

American Airlines CEO Doug Parker, speaking at the CAPA Aviation Summit 2016, stated (12-Apr-2016) airlines will fall behind if they don't believe in fundamental change. He said the other airlines are figuring this out, as well as their product, and American Airlines is "doing the same thing". Mr Parker warned companies run the risk of doing the "wrong things" for their shareholders and company if they don't believe in change.
