Amadeus moves Master Pricer application onto Google Cloud

Amadeus moved (27-Mar-2019) its 'Master Pricer' core shopping application onto Google Cloud to improve the speed, resilience and efficiency of the solution. The move coincides with the retirement of Amadeus' mainframes, including IBM's Transaction Processing Facility, making way for a 100% cloud based infrastructure. Amadeus is progressively migrating its shopping applications to run on the public cloud across multiple regions.
