ALPA would not necessarily object to Norwegian’s AOC application if labour standards are not lowered

ALPA executive administrator Captain Rick Dominguez, speaking at the CAPA Americas Aviation Summit 2016, stated (11-Apr-2016) the union would not necessarily object to Norwegian's AOC application if it could be ensured they would not lower labour standards. He said the union would need to have a "framework to address our concerns."
