All Nippon Airways to become first airline to operate 50 Boeing 787s with delivery in mid-Aug-2016

All Nippon Airways announced (09-Aug-2016) it will take delivery of its 50th Boeing 787 aircraft on 16-Aug-2016, becoming the first airline to achieve the 50 787 milestone. As a launch customer for the 787, ANA ordered 50 of the aircraft in 2004. ANA currently operates 11% of the world's 787 fleet. [more - original PR - Japanese]
