All Nippon Airways seeking to increase Tokyo slots

All Nippon Airways (ANA) reportedly announced plans to negotiate additional landing slots at Tokyo Narita and Haneda airports from 2010 to increase the proportion of international routes it operates from the airport (Wall Street Journal, 29-Oct-2009). Historically slot allocations have reportedly been determined by the Japanese Government in proportion to a carrier's revenue share from international routes.
