ALC to upsize offer by an additional USD50m

Air Lease Corporation (ALC) announced (28-Sep-2012) that due to market demand for its 4.50% senior unsecured notes due 2016, it intends to offer USD50 million of additional notes. As previously announced, the company completed its offering for a USD450 million aggregate principal amount of the notes. This completed offering was upsized from USD300 million to USD450 million. The additional notes will be offered only to qualified institutional buyers and non-US persons outside of the US.
