AIX completes sale of assets to Future Fund, including stakes in 14 airports

Australian Infrastructure Fund (AIX) completed (15-Apr-2013) the sale of all its assets to Future Fund. According to Hastings Fund Management's website, AIX held the following stakes in airport companies:

• Queensland Airports Limited (Gold Coast Airport, Townsville Airport, Mount Isa Airport and Longreach Airport): 49.1%;
• Perth Airport: 29.7%;
• NT Airports (Darwin Airport, Alice Springs Airport and Tennant Creek Airport): 28.2%;
• Australia Pacific Airports Corporation (Melbourne Tullamarine Airport and Launceston Airport): 12.4%;
• Hamburg Airport: 5.7%;
• Athens International Airport: 5.3%;
• Dusseldorf International Airport: 4%;
