Airzim shelves new aircraft purchases

Air Zimbabwe has shelved plans to acquire two new passenger aircraft in Jun-2011 (News Day, 23-May-2011). The carrier had plans to acquire two A340-500 long-range aircraft in Jun-2011 to support its current long-haul fleet of two B767s mainly servicing the China and UK routes.
