Airlines and airline-related companies allowed to bid for Cebu Mactan Airport terminal contract

Philippines' Department of Transportation and Communications announced (01-Feb-2013) amendments to instructions for prospective bidders for the passenger terminal construction and operation contract at Cebu Mactan International Airport. The amendments include provisions to allow airlines and airline-related entities to bid for the project, subject to restrictions on the companies' level of equity in the construction project and operation of the terminal.
