airberlin reports EBIT loss of EUR307m in 2015

airberlin reported (27-Apr-2016) the following preliminary financial highlights for 12 months ended 31-Dec-2015:

  • Revenue: EUR4082 million, -2% year-on-year;
    • Ancillary: EUR191 million, +4.2%;
  • Total costs: EUR4389 million, -1.5%;
  • EBIT (loss): (EUR307 million), compared to a loss of EUR293.8 million in p-c-p;
  • Net profit (loss): (EUR446.6 million), compared to a loss of EUR376.7 million in p-c-p;
  • Load factor: 84.2%, +0.7 ppt;
