Air India announced a package of Maharaja Club changes from 01-Apr-2026, including lower points requirements for award flights and upgrades on most routes, plus faster tier progression and tier-based cancellation/rescheduling windows1. It also integrated Maharaja Club with Zomato, allowing members to earn Maharaja Points on Zomato transactions and access food delivery rewards2. Air India opened a Maharaja Lounge at San Francisco (Gate A1), seating up to 80 guests, for premium and eligible Maharaja Club and Star Alliance customers3.
