      • Asia Pacific: 87.1%, +1.9 ppts;
      • Latin America and other: 80.7%, +1.5 ppts;
  • 12 months ended Dec-2011:
    • Revenue passenger miles: +4.5%;
      • Domestic: +0.9%;
      • US: +9.8%;
      • Europe: +3.8%;
      • Asia Pacific: +5.6%;

    • Passenger load factor: 81.6%, -0.1 ppt;
