Air Berlin to issue EUR100m in new bonds

Air Berlin announced (11-Apr-2011) it intends to issue EUR100 million in new bonds, which may be increased by up to EUR50 million. The bonds will be denominated into EUR100 units with a coupon of 8.25%, redeemable for 100% of their principal amount on 19-Apr-2018, subject to prior early redemption. Air Berlin PLC intends to include the bonds for trading in the Bondm trading segment of the open market of the Baden-Württemberg Stock Exchange in Stuttgart and in the open market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and to list the bonds on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange.
