Air Berlin PLC repays EUR40m of EUR150m gov't bridging loan: reports

Air Berlin PLC reportedly repaid more than EUR40 million of the EUR150 million bridging loan provided by the German Government in Aug-2017 (Zeit/BZ/Reuters, 19/20-Dec-2017). EUR36.5 million was reportedly sourced from easyJet's acquisition of parts of airberlin.
