Air Berlin passenger numbers down 3.3% - traffic highlights in Jul-2009:

• Passenger numbers: 2.8 million, -3.3% year-on-year;
• Load factor: 83.4%, +0.1 ppt;

Air Berlin: "Air Berlin was able to increase its revenue per available seat kilometre for Jul-2009. With EUR 6.20 cents, revenue per available seat kilometre was 5.9% higher than that of the corresponding month of the previous year. At 83.4%, fleet capacity utilisation remained approximately at the previous year's level.
