Air Arabia: Low-cost carriers have changed UAE residents' travel habits, reveals survey

Air Arabia cited (05-Nov-2010) a recent travel survey conducted by YouGov Siraj revealing that LCCs have changed the travel habits of UAE residents. Some 69% of respondents travel more frequently due to the availability of LCCs in the region, 63% have used LCCs for leisure travel in the past two years and 60% of the non-LCC travellers are interested in traveling on low-cost carriers in the future.
