AIIM acquires 50% stake in SEGAP, allowing company to capitalise on growth opportunities in Africa

African Infrastructure Investment Managers (AIIM) acquired (03-Jul-2018) a 50% stake in Société d'Exploitation et de Gestion Aéroportuaires (SEGAP), a holding company with a portfolio of airport investments across West and Central Africa. The acquisition, through African Infrastructure Investment Fund 3, will further diversify its portfolio. SEGAP remains 50% owned by the Egis Group. AIIM will contribute additional strategic support to SEGAP and provide access to capital for further expansion.
