Aer Arann examinership approved

Ireland's High Court announced (11-Oct-2010) it approved the continuation of the examinership of Aer Arann. The airline's examiner Michael McAteer, of Grant Thornton, informed the court that a conditional investment agreement had been signed today and in light of this he was of the opinion that Aer Arann has a reasonable prospect of survival.
