AENA reports pax traffic up 2.7% in 2010

Spain’s AENA reports passenger traffic up 2.7% – traffic highlights in 2010:

  • Passenger numbers: 192.7 million, +2.7%;
  • Aircraft movements: 2.1 million, -2.4%;
    • Madrid-Barajas: 433,683, -0.3%;
    • Barcelona: 277,832, -0.4%;
    • Palma de Mallorca: 174,631, -1.6%;
    • Malaga: 105,631, +2.0%;
  • Air cargo: 652,146 tonnes, +15.5%;
    • Madrid-Barajas: 373,380, +23.3%;
    • Barcelona: 104,279, 16.1%;
    • Zaragoza: 42,544, +15.3%;

    • Madrid-Barajas: 3.6 million, -3.9%;

  • Aircraft movements: 143,948, -2.4%;
    • Madrid-Barajas: 33,192, -4.3%;
