Accor: Airports not focusing on capital investment in hotels

ACCOR VP of development Pacific Lindsay Leeser, speaking at the CAPA Australia Pacific Aviation Summit, stated (06-Aug-2014) airports are currently not focusing their efforts on developing hotels, noting it depends on the airport's opportunities and demand drivers. Mr Leeser said airports are increasingly focusing on terminal expansion and development, as shareholders do not favour capital investment.
