63 airports in India operating without valid licence: DGCA

India's Director General of Civil Aviation has told the Bombay High Court that as many as 63 airports in India, including those in Mumbai, Delhi, Kochi and Hyderabad, are operating without a valid licence (PTI, 28-Oct-2010).
