Zurich Airport again at the forefront of customer satisfaction survey

06-Mar-2017 Zurich Airport took third place in the Europe category of the 2016 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards. These awards are presented annually by the leading international umbrella association of airport operators. The association carries out around 600,000 individual passenger surveys to measure customer satisfaction at more than 280 airports around the world.
