Flights between Australia and Norfolk Island

In collaboration with the Department of Infrastructure and Qantas, Air New Zealand will pause services from Sydney and Brisbane to Norfolk Island until 19 June 2021. To provide continuity of service to customers, these flights will now be operated by Qantas.

Any new tickets for flights until 19 June 2021 can be purchased directly from Qantas. Air New Zealand will resume services to Norfolk Island on 20 June 2021. Agents and customers can continue to book these flights through the usual Air New Zealand channels.

We are currently working through the re-accommodation process and will advise of any further updates.
