Transfer to Singapore with easyJet: Worldwide-Program with new partner, Scoot

easyJet's transfer program is being further developed at Berlin-Tegel Airport. The airline announced its new partnership with Scoot, the low-cost daughter of Singapore Airlines, today. easyJet passengers in Berlin are expected to be able to transfer to Scoot flights to Singapore in the coming months. Since June, Scoot's Boeing 787 Dreamliners have been flying to Singapore four times a week from Tegel.

Engelbert Lütke Daldrup, CEO of Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH: "We welcome the partnership between easyJet and Scoot. easyJet's integration of the first long-haul connection from Berlin into its Worldwide-Program is a win for all sides. It strengthens easyJet's product range, the Berlin-Singapore connection and the Berlin airport location. The connectivity of the capital region is thus improved and strengthened. At the same time, we are expecting the number of transfer passengers between Europe and Asia to rise."

Since June, easyJet has been offering its passengers in Berlin the opportunity to transfer to other destinations. For example, guests from other German cit-ies can easy reach destinations in Scandinavia with a stop in Berlin. Berlin is one of four airports where the new virtual transfer product "Worldwide by easyJet" is offered.
