Tigerair Australia celebrates 21 millionth passenger milestone with network wide sale

• '21 Millionth Passenger Sale' available across entire Tigerair Australia network (including Bali routes), featuring fares starting from $21* for travel between early February and late March 2017.

Reaching the big milestone of 21 doesn't happen every day and to celebrate, Tigerair Australia is offering customers thousands of one-way fares starting from $21* as part of the airline's network wide '21 Millionth Passenger Sale'.

The '21 Millionth Passenger Sale' sale starts at midday today (AEST) and finishes at midday (AEST) Wednesday 7 September (or until seats sell out), with all on-sale fares for travel between early February and late March 2017.

Over 12,000 Light Fares* are available across Tigerair's 18 domestic and three international routes, starting from $21* one way as part of the airline's '21 Millionth Passenger Sale'.

The lucky 21 millionth passenger on Tigerair Australia, Theodora van Ravenstein from Ballarat, was on board flight TT218 from Melbourne to Sydney earlier this morning.

Theodora and her daughter Martina were met at Melbourne Airport upon arrival and presented with a $500 travel voucher to put towards future travel on the Tigerair network.

"We're travelling to Sydney this morning to visit my granddaughter and this has already made our day."
