The Board of Directors of Tiger Airways Holdings Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held on 31 January 2013, the resolution relating to the matter as set out in the Notice of EGM dated 16 January 2013 was duly passed.
