Tiger Airways initial public offering of ordinary shares
13-Jan-2010 This is the initial public offering of our ordinary shares (the “Shares”). Tiger Airways Holdings Limited is issuing and making an offering of 155,556,000 Shares (the “Issue Shares”) and one of our shareholders, Indigo Singapore Partners, L.P. (“Indigo” or the “Vendor”), is making an offering of 9,599,000 Shares (the “Vendor Shares” and, together with the Issue Shares, the “Offering Shares”) for subscription and/or purchase by investors at the Offering Price (as defined below). The Offering (as defined below) consists of (i) an international placement (the “International Offering”) to investors, including institutional and other investors in Singapore; and (ii) an offering to the public in Singapore (the “Singapore Public Offer”, and together with the International Offering, the “Offering”). The Offering Shares may be re-allocated between the International Offering and the Singapore Public Offer. The indicative size of the Singapore Public Offer is 12,386,000 Offering Shares.
