•LOT Polish Airlines has announced a codeshare partnership with US carrier JetBlue Airways.
•Until now, the airlines have cooperated under the terms and conditions of an interline agreement.
•The extension of joint operations entails offering passengers even better connections between Poland and the USA, which will be available as early as the 2023/2024 winter season.

By codesharing with JetBlue, passengers will have the opportunity to travel the entire route with a single ticket, with a uniform baggage policy and fare conditions. The itinerary is tailored in such a manner that travellers can reach their destinations in the USA with optimal transfer times.

We are delighted to announce a codeshare agreement with JetBlue. This partnership means that LOT Polish Airlines is broadening the range of travel options for its customers between Poland and the US, using JetBlue's extensive route network. On the other hand, we will welcome our partner's customers on LOT flights and directions in our flight network, offering them links to both Poland and destinations in Central and Eastern Europe, says Robert Ludera, Director of the LOT Polish Airlines Network Department.

The partnership between the two carriers will provide passengers from Poland with connections to such popular destinations as Boston, Orlando, Detroit Las Vegas, Atlanta, or Washington DC. Tickets for LOT and JetBlue flights for the 2023/2024 winter season will be available over the next few weeks via all sales channels, including the lot.com website, LOT Contact Center, LOT Travel offices and at travel agents.

Under the codeshare, passengers travelling from the USA will be able to get with a single ticket to Warsaw, Kraków and Rzeszów.

LOT Polish Airlines is a modern carrier connecting Central and Eastern Europe with the rest of the world. The Polish carrier has been consistently increasing the number of its flights to those destinations, thus strengthening its position in Central and Eastern Europe. JetBlue (B6) is an American carrier based in New York, in business since 1999. Not only does JetBlue's aircraft operate on domestic routes in the US, but it also handles international flights to Central and South American countries, the Caribbean, and Europe. JetBlue's fleet primarily comprises Airbus aircraft. For some flights, B6 offer exclusive travel arrangements in the form of Mint suites. Their state-of-the-art version features a work table, extra seating and sliding doors to ensure privacy.
